Lately I’ve been wearing color.  A lot of color.  One color in particular. Red.  Apparently the only way I feel comfortable using color in my wardrobe is through an aggressive amount of monochromatic red or pink. One of my favorite brands right now for finding such pieces is the I.AM.GIA Australian brand that is taking social media by storm.  I recently attended their launch party here in LA and let me tell you it was the most extra crowd I’ve ever seen. Serving up the most attitude, fierce, sexy, and fucking hot. I never thought tack suits and cargo pants could be sexy but was I oh so SO wrong.   The brand only launched six months ago and already has a cult following worn by the likes of Kaia Gerber, Bella Hadid and Emily Ratajkowski. The best part?  Everything is line retails for under $150.00!

I love that anything goes these days. Well almost anything goes – I’m sure there are plenty of people who would look at my outfits and think I’m bat shit crazy for wearing such things, but I live in NYC and LA where almost anything is acceptable.  Being “extra” – being over the top, a commonly used phrase at the moment that describes a lot of outfits as well as attitudes.  I like to keep the phrase to my outfits.  I’ve been having a lot of fun pairing sexy body suits with laid back track pants, bright red on red, monochromatic schemes of pink and red, fishnets layered under ripped tees and jeans, snake skin prints that remind you of Britney Bitch. A lot of the looks I’m seeing around town – especially in LA seem to be a mix of going out club looks with a I just rolled out of bed look.  It works out great for me because half the time I can’t decide if I want to go out and dance the night away or curl up on the couch and Netflix.  Problem solved – wear half and half.

We’ve all been there, coming home from the party or the after party. It’s 3 am…your ears are still ringing, your body exhausted from dancing the night away and as you kick off your heels to some corner and fling yourself onto bed makeup still on and pass out with a fading thought of I should really wash my face.

In comes Frank. As in Frank Bod- the self-coined “dirtiest brand on the internet” sounds good to me. An all-in-one face set to wash away the party sins and revive your skin when you need it most, meet the Sweet Cheeks Kit ($49.95) – think of it as a ménage à trois for your face with three gentle, yet effective products – add on the five minute Glow Mask and your face will go from hangover to hot in no time.

Here’s how to recover from a night out:

STEP 1: Something Dirty (Creamy Face Cleanser)
According to Frank, you always have to get dirty to get clean. frank body’s Creamy Face Cleanser is made from charcoal to detoxify your skin. Wash away the night’s makeup, grease and grime, dirt and impurities, naturally.

STEP 2: Something Caffeinated (Creamy Face Scrub)
Like a double shot of coffee for your skin, look more awake with frank body’s Creamy Face Scrub. A fine grind trof coffee beans coupled with powerful coffee seed oil buffs away dead skin to give you fresh, rosy cheeks. Trust us, it’ll rub you the right way.

STEP 3: Something Hydrating (Glow Mask)
Nothing zaps a hangover faster than some H20. frank body’s hydrating, five-minute Glow Mask will drench your face in moisture and provided much-needed antioxidants like Vitamins A and E.

STEP 4: Something to Fake It (Everyday Face Moisturizer)
With even the best of men, sometimes you just gotta fake it. Apply some of frank body’s Everyday Face Moisturizer to seal the deal and fake that elusive glow. It slips on easily thanks to coconut, grapeseed and sweet almond oils, while Vitamins A, E, and D pack a one-two-punch of antioxidants.

So put down those harsh makeup wipes, babe and take it all off at 3am au naturel with Frank. It’s time for the frank body After Party and you’re invited.

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about the environment, sustainability, and my contribution to this world in general.  More now than ever I feel a need to be more involved, aware, and in general more conscious.  It’s easy to get caught up with work, friends, daily life … we are all busy AF these days and sometimes it’s hard to be the 100% environmentally conscious, sustainable person I say I am or want to be.  Cue –> In the Know, an online boutique that exclusively carries environmentally and socially conscious, fashion forward pieces. Their goal is to make women feel in vogue while wearing sustainable clothing. They make leading a sustainable lifestyle easy. In the Know provides environmentally and socially friendly, chic clothing and accessories.  I fell in love with their Izola candles, made in the USA with renewable resources and last up to 60 hours of burning time!  My favorite scents are Magnolia and Jasmine, although I’ve stalked up on almost every scent – they are that damn good.

Fact – “In the Know works exclusively with designers who manufacture their collections in places where artisans earn fair wages and operate under healthy, comfortable working conditions. In addition, we research the fabrics that are used to make each of the garments we carry. The designers use the highest-quality, environmentally friendly textiles and employ low-waste techniques. Most of our clothing is made from fabrics that are recycled, organic cotton, or alpaca wool”. – In The Know
